Where is Viva Mexico Carnitas located?
We're at 3952 3500 S Unit 9, West Valley City, UT 84120, on 3500 South. We're a short drive from Salt Lake City and easy to reach from Taylorsville, Kearns, Magna, West Jordan, Murray, and South Salt Lake.
What are your hours? Which days are you closed?
We're open Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We're closed Monday and Tuesday.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. You can order online for delivery through DoorDash, or call ahead at (801) 349-0443 and pick up your order in West Valley City.
Can I buy carnitas by the pound?
Yes. Carnitas by the pound is our signature order. Choose mixed cuts, maciza, cuero (skin), rib, or buche. It comes ready to serve, with handmade tortillas and red and green salsa available.
Do you cater parties and large orders?
Yes. Our Combo Carnitas serves about 6 to 8 people, and we put together carnitas catering for parties, office lunches, and family gatherings across the Salt Lake City area. Request a quote on our catering page and tell us the size of your event.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. The potato tacos dorados, nopales salad, rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, and our red and green salsas are all meat-free.
Do you have breakfast-style options?
Our working-man's tortas are made with egg and your choice of ham, sausage, or chorizo, a filling way to start the day. They're on the menu all day during our regular hours.
